Ingredients:
Goat Yogurt
Your choice of seeds (hemp hearts, chia seeds, etc.)
Your choice of fruit (blueberries, pomegranates, oranges, etc.)
Ground flax
Flax oil
​You can substitute Goat Yogurt for your favourite vegan or vegetarian alternative such as coconut yogurt, oat yogurt, or soy yogurt.
Method:
Put the desired amount of yogurt in a bowl.
Add the seeds and fruit.
Top with ground flax and drizzle with flax oil.
