Ingredients:
70g dried mangoes (soak for approx. 30 min)
70g cashews (if possible, also soak beforehand)
35g grated coconut
Additional grated coconut to cover the outside of the balls
Method:
Soak dried mango and drain well.
Combine the cashew nuts, mango and grated coconut in a processor until you have a uniform mix.
Form little balls and roll them in additional coconut flakes.
